C4 Atlanta, Alternate ROOTS and WonderRoot are joining forces to present Arts Health Day on February 9, 2013. Help us start a conversation about the importance of being well–mind, body and spirit. The Arts Health Day in Atlanta will provide FREE resources designed to get artists started on a path to good health.
RSVP here for a full biometric screening: blood pressure, cholesterol, glucose, etc. administered by health professionals Kemi Bennings and the HEART team. Space is limited to 60 artists. You must sign up for a screening time slot here to participate.
Pay it Forward
These health screenings are made possible through generous contributions from donors, including matching funds from the City of Atlanta Office of Cultural Affairs, through Power2Give. Your donation of $10 - $25 to the Power2Give campaign will help cover the costs of this event.
This is a suggested donation but if you don't have the cash, don't worry. You can do the screening for FREE. If you have the cash, pay it forward for a fellow artist!
